Multi-Purpose Medical Device Stel-MT-2-60 for Electrochemical Synthesis of Activated Solutions V.M. Bakhir, All-Russian Scientific Research Institute for Medical Engineering Abstract: The paper considers basically new technique and technology of electrochemical conversion of water and aqueous solutions to activated solutions - catholyte and anolyte with previously unknown properties. High effectiveness of the solutions is conditioned by unique reactivity of substances synthesized in the electrochemical reactor of the STEL-MT-2-60, by the possibility of direct shift of redox potential in the limits inaccessible at chemical regulation, and by specific modification (electron-donor or electron-seeking) of water body.
