The practical experience of the world shows that development of new 
technologies and their implementation in medicine requires to answer 
a whole complex of questions connected with organization, financial 
and scientific problems.  Fundamental works in the field of 
ozonotherapy in Germany, USA, Austria, Italy, France, Cuba, Russia 
and other countries not only manifested the wide range of treatment-
and-prophylactic effect of ozone but also provide perspective for 
creation of ozonotherapy service in state healthcare institutions.  
The was the problem is posed means that there should be developed a 
common methodological approach towards understanding of the essence 
of the use of ozone in medicine and its tasks.
